We prioritize a limited number of substantive contributions, ensuring that our work is grounded in careful deliberation and leads to clear conclusions and actionable policy guidance.
Drawing on Luxembourg’s unique position as a multilingual and open economy, and as a founding member of the EU, NATO and the UN, our research will initially focus on several strategic areas. These will be reviewed under the guidance of the Scientific Council in due course.
