The Cercle convenes small-circle roundtables and open public events in Luxembourg.

For the autumn and winter 2026, the following activities are foreseen:

• On 8 October a roundtable discussion with Luxembourg's EU Ambassador Nicolas Mackel.
  This invitation-only event will follow-up the 1 July roundtable and discuss whether Europe can become competitive again.
• On 10 November a roundtable discussion with the new Director-General at the Foreign Ministry, Pascal Schumacher.
  This invitation-only event has as theme migration/population decline/future workforce.
• On 9 December the Cercle Européen Renert will organise its first public event.
  We are honoured by the presence of Mr. Nicolas Schmit, former EU Commissioner.
